To begin our program with HCG weightloss, you will need:
 Email us your contact information below or call us directly toll free in Ohio at
866-351-8794 or in Michigan at 888-560-8446 to discuss our program and to enroll
- It is not necessary to visit our clinic
daily or weekly after your initial visit with the physician. We maintain communication via phone and e-mail.
- Required blood work that MUST have been within the last 3 months:
- Healthy on NO medication - CMP & TSH
- Healthy on medication(s) - CMP, TSH & Urinalysis
- If on Cholesterol medication - CMP, TSH, Urinalysis & Lipid Panel
- Diabetic Clients - CMP, TSH, Urinalysis, & HgA1C
- Gastric Bypass/Lap Band Clients - CBC with DIFF platelets, CMP, TSH, Urinalysis & Lipid Panel
- Current medical history and physical papers completed by the patient on the day of consult and reviewed on the day of your intial visit with our physican.
- After a free Consultation Appointment with our staff and once a designated treatment plan is ordered, our staff will make arrangements for your joining day appointment day/time and instructions on medications HCG/ MIC B12, diet, and personal counseling on the day of your initial visit with the physician.
- You begin your journey to a healthy new you!
The Metabolic Weightloss Program provides:
- Lab services, if needed, through Lab Corp in your area or at our office.
- Diet and exercise consultation
- Physician evaluation, exams, consultations for treatment, medication and supplies
- Weekly check-ins, consultations/coaching and monitoring
- FREE lifetime member for consultations on diet and exercise
